<p>In order to test the activity results of each lean implementation team, the company carried out lean production clearance diagnosis on January 21.</p><p>Through ppt or on-site Kanban explanation, each implementation group expounds the highlights, completion, effects and benefits of lean work in the past year, reviews daily production activities, and finds out the existing gaps and deficiencies and the implementation direction of the next stage through the data and chart analysis of key control indicators.
